Within London-St. Thomas: London to St. Thomas runs 20–25 minutes outside rush hour. Within Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge: Kitchener and Waterloo are effectively one commute — under 15 minutes between most points — and Cambridge adds about 15–20 minutes to Kitchener-Waterloo.
