Living in Downtown, London

Buyers who want to walk to restaurants, shows and the market, downsizers trading a yard for a balcony, and investors. It is a weaker fit if you want a yard or a quiet street.

What is it like to live in Downtown?

Downtown London is the city's condo and apartment core, around Covent Garden Market, Canada Life Place, the Grand Theatre and Victoria Park, with the VIA Rail station on York Street. It suits buyers who want to walk everywhere, downsizers trading a yard for a balcony, and investors. Most homes here are condos, so the building matters as much as the unit.
