The Guaranteed Sale Program applies only to qualifying London and St. Thomas homes that are new to the market, where the seller's next home is one of Andy's listings (other purchases considered case by case); its guaranteed price is set in writing before listing and is below full market value, less commission; and an application fee, minimum listing and closing periods, a price limit and property-type exclusions apply.
